A cool Feature for future of the bot, add a command that make it so for every reaction you add to your reaction message, and then category can be linked to the reaction. Default category for undefined reaction you add. It does not have to be a command can be done in the config, it is all up to you how you want to do the layout but to reduce the massive pile of tickets staff should go through to put them in dedicated categories.
