Message configuration/translation files #54

I would like you to add messages.yml in order to configure error and other messages. It would also make the translation easier.

I think it would be better to just fork this repo and translate the messages that way. Would take quite a large rewrite to add different languages, and it's not really something many have asked for.

I think it would develop your bot more. Users could personalize their own texts. I really care about this feature, even if you were working on it for several weeks. I know you don't want to, but at the moment I haven't found a better crafted bot and I'm going to motivate you!
