Add cleanup command

• [ ] Main command only performs safe cleanup, such as deleting open tickets for channels that do not exist anymore, clearing saved interviews for tickets that do not exist anymore.
• [ ] Subcommand to delete all transcripts that are not tied to a ticket.
• [ ] Subcommand to clear all interviews (maybe only ones using an old format?)
