fixed external fields' definition #7

Fixes #5 by changing external fields' definition from DateTime to Text

@pozil FYI I just pushed the reports' enablement on GitHub_Pull_Requests__x.object-meta.xml to go back to the previous value since I changed it by mistake. Should not have forced pushed it, my bad
