Tor network has very low capacity. This only hurts Tor itself. You will not cause any denial of service on the targeted websites, you will only cause traffic on the Tor network and block it for legitimate users.

I'm aware and this is meant as an educational resource only, will add a disclaimer. This attack vector became inefficient a long time ago on apache servers so I don't think anyone is still able to use this effectively.

I still see clueless people recommending this. Better hide the repo as a whole, there's nothing educational here
