Allow custom skills to be selected as combat skills #104
I'm using the Martial Arts add on and that requires adding new named skills to the game. Since these are combat skills, attacks that use them should be able to select them from the skill drop-down menu. If custom skills are automatically added to this list this would solve the issue.
