Travel Credit Cost bug #69

When I select travel cost, no matter what parameters I put in I get an arbitrarily and ridiculously high number, like "1099511627776 credits"

When there was no value for the number of crew it would, instead of going "whatever 0 20" go "whatever 20", resulting in large numbers.
