ME2 360 Research/Upgrades armor and weapons not working #76

When I try to give myself armor like the Blood Dragon Armor and weapons like the M-5 Phalanx in the save editor, they don't show up in the Research Terminal. I just got Mordin in my squad and unlocked other upgrades, and I'm not really sure if this is an early game issue. What should I do? Btw, I'm on 360, and I only have the Cerberus Network installed.

At least on pc, the BDA requires a separate DLC download. And similarly the M5 is part of the Firepower Pack.
