AS AN ADMIN I WANT TO BE ABLE TO HAVE A CONCISE AND VISUALLY ATTRACTIVE BACKEND PANEL SO THAT I MAY DEAL WITH THE ONGOING USER ISSUES MORE SIMPLY.

Work on going i was unable to get white noise to work with static files, when debug was set to False the static wouldnt work, Interestingly on debug true they worked just fine!

Work ongoing!.
