As a first time user, I want a navbar to easily navigate to the content I want.

Tasks

Add a Nav Bar to the top of the page. Adjust for device & browser as needed.

User Acceptance Criteria: Ask Steph's son and a friend to review the site and tell us if they can find all the information they want.

UAT. Marcus Shobiye - "Info can be found by clicking on the links to external sites which are very helpful." Yvonne Edowke - "I can find what I need to on this site".
