Makes the TS run on our M2 Pro mac mini system. The one with Rosetta. Pending tests without Rosetta....

I hope we can get rid of the ssh tunnels at some point...

Yeah, that would be nice. I haven't found out a better way and it was not for the lack of trying though. IMHO podman should do this for you...
