A selection of cleanups for the AdminController and ManagedAdminController.
Removing redundant calls, fixing docblocks and truncated deprecated functions.
I'm doing some more AI tooling in here and rather than fixing in one or two spots that impact me I thought I should do them all!
Also, I can't seem to stop typing 'dockblock' instead of 'docblock' today :D
