[X] Extend RNA modifications -- not critical because all RNA that have modifications belong to KO groups
[ ] Extend RNA half-lives

This is almost done except the endpoints for the data tables needed to be extended to genes identified via UniProt ids.

This can be done after KarrLab/datanator_rest_api#85 and KarrLab/datanator_rest_api#96 have been addressed.

I updated the related reactions now that KarrLab/datanator_rest_api#96 has been addressed.

The last issues can be addressed after KarrLab/datanator_rest_api#85 is addressed.
