Upload new version of snapshot to Zenodo

Once we deploy the revised database with OrthoDB, we should upload a new snapshot to Zenodo (later this week or next week)

1. Create a new MongoDB snapshot
2. Edit the current file (https://zenodo.org/badge/DOI/10.5281/zenodo.3971048.svg)
   • Upload new snapshot
   • Set the version to the date that you created the snapshot e.g., 2020-09-23.

@jonrkarr Can I ask you to create a document on how to restore the snapshot? I tried to restore it with below command but it didn't work.
