Automatically detect .multi.csv/.multi.tsv format

Input:

• Automatically detect if there are multiple tables in a file

Output:

• No glob pattern in output path --> assume to request to be multi tsv format

The multi-table csv/tsv format is now used when the output path has the extension .csv or .tsv and there is no glob pattern (*) in the path.
