Improve dynamic tests

Improve and expand the dynamic tests that use model files to store expected predictions

Improvements

• add observables, and functions to the tested predictions
• plot actual vs. expected predictions & trajectories
• refine tests/fixtures/dynamic_tests/expected_exponential_pops.py
• support tests with non-zero std. dev.s of initial conditions
• have check_simul_results() test that compartment densities remain constant
• move simulation params like end_time & checkpoint_period to a separate simulation params worksheet

Expansions

• Test all dynamic expressions
• Test dynamic stop conditions
• Test multiple cellular compartments with exchange reactions
• Test SSA
