Hi Team:

In our face to face meeting today, we can discuss the following topics:

1. What are the exact functional and non-functional requirement of EToken project?

   • For entire product level
   • For first version of product
   • For first iteration/sprint of the product

2. What are the transition requirement of EToken project?

3. Which project management methodologies we are going to use for E-token? Whether traditional waterfall model or Agile methodologies?

4. If Agile methodologies which framework we are going to use scrum, Kanban, extreme programming etc?

My Analysis for above:

As per my finding, agile with Kanban framework seems to be good , we will discuss more about this.

And regarding functional requirement, I added some of them in the excel template and posted that in the google drive.
