Device should be able to send its UUID to the server to customize the 
configuration it gets.  For instance:

"configUpdateUrl": "http://www.sampleserver.com/config/$deviceId"

would request data from

http://www.sampleserver.com/config/sdf934-234n23j-3243n-3420
