Add activity stream API; rewrite docs #15

So. This happened.

I've rewritten the majority of the README, and added an activity stream API. This fixes #4, so you can close that after this gets merged.

Are there any other APIs that you can think of that might be wanted? I'm on a roll with this project and would be happy to contribute.

I think most of it is already captured well but if you really want, you can get all the data from this page: https://www.duolingo.com/words

having a method to get a list of all words, their translation, skills link to the audio url, etc would be amazing

I've also gone ahead and made you a contributor to this project :-)
