upload_attachment event is not working #727

When I upload attachment in compose window, upload_attachment event is not triggering. version - 1.1.4

I believe this is pretty old code, originally comitted by @KartikTalwar. He doesn't seem very active any more though, so if this is to be fixed, someone else will need to issue a PR for this.
