Child lock is Inverted #1374

Prerequisites

Steps to Reproduce

In the configuration you can activate the parental controls. Since 1.6.0 I noticed that this has been inverted. So the check mark has to be removed for the parental controls to be active. Unfortunately I don't remember which TAG it worked with. Since I don't play around with the TRV that often

Expected behavior: Child lock enable

It doesn't set anything on the device. It's just for BT to ignore the inputs from the device and overwrite it again.
