Thermostat Saswell SEA802-Zigbee, only an integer equal to 1°C can be passed in the local_temperature_calibration settings. If 1.5 °C is passed, then local_temperature_calibration is 0.

Have you checked the round calibration setting?

since beta 51 we have tweaks for this
