Add Comma Support; Add a 'Save Backups' pref #18

  1. Adds Comma Support, specifically buying and pulling a cheap equip to turn comma into boots/bander resulting in a ~10 turn save pull. Who needs Boots and Bander with Comma around!?
  2. Adds a new arg/pref for saving backups. Backups are worth 24k a piece; it's nice to burn delay at 1xMPA - it's way better to go a little slower and copy more Embezzlers.
