Replace Any::Moose by Moo #2

Hello, Any::Moose has been deprecated, please use Moo instead. Regards, Xavier

Note that this module actually does not use Any::Moose: it simply unimports Any::Moose, which seems inconsistent with the fact it previously required use Moose.

I've proposed patches on https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=96974.

This repo seems to be in a weird shape (included tarball) so I don't dare preparing a PR based on it.
