Consider outputting all generated code into a single file #42

This would only apply to code that currently gets outputted to the depot directory.

Problems:

A lot of files have top-level code that could conflict with others
Do we have to worry about the order in which things are outputted?

Benefits:

Generators wouldn't have to worry about imports
Keeps end-user project source clean
Discourages editing depot files

Benefits of current "ejected" structure:

Easier to see what is made available without having to consult the GraphQL schema
Easier in general to digest when doing something like looking up a generated field on a BaseModel
