should mergereplicates modify the metadata? #136

It seems to me that the SampleID column, i.e. the 1st, column of the metadata stored in the ampvis objects need an update after merging replicates. Otherwise the IDs in the OTU table and the IDs in the metadata do not match.

Actually it does (making the merge_var the new ID). My bad...
