Add simple averaging to monitor output to increase readability. #7

My power usage is very sporadic - this makes it so that the information on the monitor is difficult to read since it changes so quickly. It would significantly increase readability if these values were averaged over a second or so - so that I could get a better idea of the total requirements of my power system.
