Possibility of adding Integration Plugin? #26

How it's useful to implement independent (due to dependency issue) intergration plugin that provides softdependency API for commonly used plugins like MTFO or MTFO_PartialData?

I would like to hear the thoughts on this

I like the idea of that, if we get #28 resolved we would also be able to generate wrappers around commonly used plugins at build time.

For the time being a couple pre-written ones are okay with me
