Move the dataset logic out of the repository or rename it #1

The PyTorch dataset logic should be in its own separate repository that can be downloaded / installed via pip.

This should be done to clearly split the logic of the experiments from the data parsing steps of the PyTorch Dataset that is defined.

The dataset should be renamed to SC2EGSet_Dataset by the end of the development.
