Validator tests and naming #19

Currently for the sake of https://github.com/Kaszanas/SC2EGSet_Experiments/issues/16 "Validators" were created.

In reality the feature allows for filtering files based on some information. Because of this it could be possible for the end users to define different thresholds for selected features.

Some thought and discussion needs to be put to that @leafnode

Validators were initially tested, and a basic implementation of multiprocessing and singleprocess validators exists.
