Code has been updated to correct the load and wait timings to match the SPC. These changes require the "No BGM" option to be enabled, otherwise you will hear both the MSU-1 and SPC tracks at the same time. Unfortunately, this means losing the SPC fallback feature of the MSU-1, so you'll need to be sure that your audio pack includes all of the BGM tracks, including the mirror warp (I kind of feel like the mirror warp should have been excluded from the No BGM option, but that's a separate issue...)
I actually agree about the mirror warp and plan to mention that at a future point. At any rate, the patch appears to meet all of the criteria for inclusion so I'll probably get to adding this during the next let's dev.
Here's a list of MSU-1 audio packs currently available (listed in alphabetical order, just scroll down a bit). There are currently 3 different packs available, but I'm also 90% with a heavy metal pack, which kinda started out as a joke, but has really been growing on me... I just need to find a couple of the short jingles and Soldiers of Kakariko before it's ready for release.

Since MSU-1 has been incorporated, I could close this, but I think I'm going to go ahead and update the top post to turn this into a tracker for the new work I'm doing on dungeon-specific tracks and other related features.
Silence bug (I thought I fixed this... maybe it's not live yet?). Caused by a race condition between fadeout and new track load.
Edit: I'm hijacking this issue thread to track v31 changes to the MSU-1 support and other various music-related changes, and relevant bug reports. Trying to keep track of things on Discord isn't working out.
