Localization improvements #52

Localization is currently done almost entirely with automated translators (DeepL and Yandex), and therefore probably have unnatural language used in it. Only Spanish has been (somewhat) reviewed by a native speaker, and so more help would be very appreciated. Localization data is in localization.json.

I'm a native Russian speaker, I've looked at some of the translations and they've been partially incorrect which is to be expected from translating engines. I'll start a pull request once I fix up the translations.

Ok cool! Note that a few languages, including Russian, are currently disabled from being selected because the default Windows command prompt font doesn't support a lot of characters, but they may be enabled in the future if I ever get around to making a GUI. (Although I could just tell users to do it manually if they select one of them...)

Alright, I've already fixed up half of it so, if you do ever get around making a GUI we'll have more language options. And yeah just telling them to do stuff manually always works
