as you know default bu default WHMCS only searching the subject and/or first message of a ticket .
This is big issue, because if it is required for searching for server ip's or some other key word in previous ticket replies, you will doesn't find anything.
It is essential for a Support ticket system get search results also in past replied tickets.

WHMCS Support says that there is a hook point for Intelligent Search which is also useable to customize the results: https://developers.whmcs.com/hooks-reference/everything-else/#intelligentsearch
Do you got already devlope a similar module or hook already ?
If not, what would a hook like that cost if I commissioned you to do custom devlopment?
