QAQC plots aren't included in some of the weekly QC checks by default #27

Should we change this default? I found a species ID typo in the QAQC report that wasn't flagged in the weekly QC checks. I assume we want to fix these since it increases the error rate between the two teams. Is there any downside to including the QAQC plots in the weekly QC checks? They are already included in the notes summary.

For checks that aren't based on comparisons with the previous visit, including QAQC visits is easy. Checks that are based on the previous visit are trickier, because you have 2 visits in current year and have to distinguish them plus join both to the previous. For now, the only checks I added that include QAQC visits and that compares with previous visits are species new to a plot and species new to a park. Both of these checks compare current species to previous visits from past years. Other checks will have to wait until there's more time to work on this.
