As a Site Owner I can mark contact form submission as "read" so that I can track how many I still need to process.

Acceptance Criteria

Given site owner is reviewing contact form submissions in the admin panel
When the site owner select a request
Then the site owner should be able to mark it as "read"

Tasks

[x] Enhance the existing admin panel to include an option to mark and unmark contact requests as "read."
[x] Verify that the functionality works seamlessly and the status updates are preserved when exiting and re-entering the admin panel.

Added functionality allowing superusers to mark and unmark contact requests as read and view the number of pending requests.
