A user could "zoom in" or "zoom out" to other time scales in the same band
using familiar "plus" and "minus" widgets. To define available scales,
developers provide an array of intervals units (eg.
[Timeline.DateTime.MONTH, Timeline.DateTime.WEEK, Timeline.DateTime.DAY] )
