Unit-List Window: When opening window / changing tab: Scroll to selected unit

This would be quite helpful, when e.g. checking many factories, if they do the right thing. Then players can e.g. do this:

• scroll the list of production buildings
• when a factory is identified that does the wrong thing. Select it. Close the window.
• Change the factory task.
• Reopen the window.
• Unit is still selected, player can directly continue the check where player left the window last time.
