AI planes trying to find infiltrator by pushing him on the ground #159

When AI unit gets disabled, nearby units start to move around to push infiltrator. Planes shouldnt do that - waste moves and impossible to push infiltrator on the ground.

I think its not due to infiltrator. its a different bug in AI. will be fixed under another task
