At the moment power forecast calculates "Needed" value based on maximum factory energy consumption. Which is wrong, as result forecast will be always "red":
Instead, it should use the current value of energy consumption for the factory. Forecast might also consider that the factory will auto-switch to a lower speed at some point (for example building engineer on 2x speed will consume 2-2-1 energy and then again factory will work on 2x speed consuming 2 energy)
Also, there should be added third column with energy storage and should work same as with gold
