Value Proposition

As a user I want to edit my calendar so that I can easily add my events directly on the calendar

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] When the days are clicked a form is displayed
[ ] Event, start and end fields are displayed on the form
[ ] A save and delete button is displayed.
[ ] Saving the event, date and time displays it on the calendar

Tasks

[ ] Change the useState to LocalStorage in the Dialog Component
[ ] Create branch feature/create-events
[ ] Create CreateEvent Components
[ ] Use the Dialog Component props to show the form on the calendar
