WQS_Crosswalk new use names #13

Replace with AK_WQS_Crosswalk_20240514.csv. Need to replace file in data folder. (the most recent file is in 05_Source/Received/TT_Edited_csvs on sharepoint) find and replace code with new use names.

Repeat for simple_and_visual_functions.R and turbidity_magdurfreq_function.R
