[ ] keep "other requirements" in WQ_metadata_trimmed_with_data_sufficiency and WQ_metadata_trimmed_with_MISSING_data_sufficiency tables. (I'm assuming if you remove the column from the select(-) list it will be retained in outputs at the end)
[ ] Add analyst intervention step to manually remove uses that only apply to impaired waters:
"# Export WQ_metadata_trimmed_with_data_sufficiency.csv. Filter column 'Other Requirements' = '15 results required for existing impaired, to determine attainment' OR '18 results required for existing impaired, to determine attainment'. remove rows where these parameter/uses are not impaired in ATTAINS."
