Hi,

This PR add a network scenario to the community labs.

Network scenario name and topic: Kathara-P4 Forwarding-NSH-SFC

Network scenario description: Implementation of P4 program in Kathara to perform packet forwarding according to the Service Function Chain (SFC) architecture, based on the Network Service Header (NSH).

The steps to test the network scenario are written on the documentation (readme.md)
