[Feature Request] "Spectator Mode" for those who a join a party in the middle of a song #15

Currently, if you a join a party in the middle of a song, and keep pressing "Ready", you get an updated version of everyone's scores for each press. I propose that this behavior to extended, to create a rudimentary spectator mode.
