time series display based on pre calculated data

See the cover page of this report for an idea of how we can represent the time series: http://www.climate-service-center.de/imperia/md/content/csc/csc_report6.pdf We can have the 30-year running mean overlain on top of the actual time series shown in gray.

The numbers quoted by the dc charts also needs to be changed to show the average of the running means across all models and all indices and all regions.
