Quick Q for Shiny & Input/Output Folks! #19

Just wanted to confirm and make sure that I'm using the right .csv for final graph/function code writing...

Is this "input_output_shiny_group/CSV_Files/efficacy_summary.csv" the complete/most up-to-date source for all the data related to in-vitro (cLogP, MIC, macuptake etc.) and in-vivo (PLA, ULU, OCS etc.) variables? (I'm in group 2, independent analyses).

It seems to me, out of all the spreadsheets, that this is the one that I need. Does the complete data set have only have 20ish data points? If so, that's cool with me! Just want to double check before using it in final copies of the code.

Thanks!

Hi Alexia,

There is also ULU and OCS (and ICS and RIM) data in the clean_las_cap data file and PLA in the clean_plasma file, but I don't know if this is what you need exactly. I will ask Katie to weigh in on this as well. As for the most recent copy, I do believe you have the right efficacy summary.

I think it'll also depend on whether you're looking for data that are summarized by drug or data on a mouse-by-mouse level. The efficacy_summary.csv is summarized by drug and the file that Lizette mentioned is a mouse-by-mouse document.

Ah okay! Yeah I think the efficacy_summary with all of those measurements summarized by drug is what I need. Just wanted to make sure that the efficacy_summary file in there is the most up-to-date/clean version!

Thank you guys!
