Hi @lyonsm7 are the lung and spleen efficacies sampled from the same mouse the same or are they different mice in all cases? For example, for Drug 1, dose = 50BID, mouse A, was the lung efficacy of 6.97 taken from the same mouse as the mouse with the spleen efficacy of 2.4 for the same drug/dose combination? Or were these two different mice?

The lung and spleen samples are usually taken together from the same mouse. As long as the mouse ID's match, or if they are on the same row of data, you can assume the lung and spleen measurements are from the same mouse.
