Support for monthly approval #19

For regular invoices it is more handy to approve the monthly timesheet. Otherwise you need to approve 4 different timesheets.

Hi, the current implementation is for weekly approval. I do not plan to implement a monthly one. Please feel free reuse this code (it uses MIT license) to implement monthly one or find someone to do so.
