Many users data is missing in similar users #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the sh bin/likelike lsh -input /blah/blah/path/testInput.txt -output 
testOutputDir
2. Then check the output in testOutputDir for similar users there are few users 
who doesn't have any similar user like example id 13, 26 etc.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

users 13, 26 must be there as they have similar features.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

current version.
