Remove or Finish Violation [more info] links #167

These links all go to "dead" pages in that there is no extra content on them, they are simply referencing from the message file that is not filled in. I believe we talked about not doing this feature or at least not right now (because the info we got from fuller was no better/ descriptive than what we currently have) so can we remove the [more info] links from the pages and have the /violation/(number) routes inaccessible.

im looking on the server version, they might be gone in the dev.

Sorry for the confusion, I should really start booting up the latest version before making issues.
